Renting a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle should be just like owning one, a top-quality riding experience. Iron Steed Harley-Davidson rental bikes
are fully serviced and prepped according to the Motor Company standards. Every rental includes the use of a Harley-Davidson®
helmet that meets DOT specifications, rain gear, 24-hour road side assistance, security system & locks, and short-term luggage
storage. All you have to do is bring a sense of adventure.
Ready to ride? Begin by selecting a model and date for your trip. Request a reservation and add any additional coverages. That's
all it takes to start a memorable adventure.

Only paid-in-full reservations guarantee your rental rates. Weekly rental rates and specials are subject to blackout periods and availability. Specials cannot be combined with daily or weekly rental rates or combined with other specials or discounts. Minimum age for rentals is 21 years of age.
Rent For Free: If you purchase a new motorcycle from Iron Steed Harley-Davidson within 90 days from the date of your rental, we will credit up to 3-days of your rental fees towards the purchase of your new motorcycle.

* Helmet (that meets DOT specifications) for Driver/Passenger and Rain Suits
* Saddlebags on some models
* All necessary locks
* Luggage storage
Options:
Supplemental Liability Coverage (3rd party liability protection) - $12.44 per day
Personal Property and Accident Coverage - $8.85 per day
Security Deposit
A Security Deposit will be authorized on your credit card at the time of pick up and released when the motorcycle is returned without damage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with over 30 days notice will receive full deposit refund, 14-30 days notice will receive 50% deposit refund. No deposit refund with less than 14 days notice.
Any retained deposit amount with cancellation notice, can be applied to a future rental within 1 year.
“No-Shows”, or less than 24hr. notice will be charged the full amount for the rental period. Motorcycle will be held for 1 hour past scheduled pick up time.
$25 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Rental Requirements
* Minimum age: 21 years
* Minimum 1 year experience riding heavyweight motorcycles
* Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement from country/state of permanent residence
* Major credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
* Please wear appropriate Riding Apparel
Pick-up and Return
Please call our rental office at (707) 455-7000 on the morning of your scheduled pickup to arrange a pickup time. Rental returns must be 24 hours from pickup time. A $12.50 per hour late charge will apply to all rentals returned late.
