"Iron Steed Harley Davidson does it again. My wife just purchased her second bike, an 08 FLTR Road Glide which was our second purchase from Iron Steed HD. Again the sales staff at Iron Steed HD came through for us like no others. Not only did we get a fantastic price on the bike but they went the extra mile in finding her the bike she wanted in the color she wanted with the options she wanted. In fact, they went the extra several miles to get the bike she wanted. Why do I say they went the extra several miles for her? Well, the bike she wanted could only be found in Long Beach so they took off one morning around 4am and drove down and got it for her and was back that same night. Now that is customer service above and beyond. Everything from the price to working with Dave Massa in finance went as smooth as any transaction I've done. A special thanks to our salesman, Bob Anderson for working so hard to locate the bike she wanted. Without his dedication to find the exact bike she was after, I'm sure we would have either had to settle for something less or not get a bike but he did not give up until he found it. Thanks to Bob Anderson, Dave Massa, Rocky Maclachlan and the entire staff of Iron Steed Harley Davidson for making my wife extremely happy. "Why this British Couple Love Vacaville HD
Today I bought my 2008 White/Black HD Road King Classic, it's now in the shop awaiting some customisation. I've already written to tell you all how excited I am. But Ed, Steve and Rocky wanted to know, why Vacaville, us being Brits and all, you all have seen the T-Shirt "where the Heck is Vacaville" So here is the why.
In 2002 UCSF Medical Centre came to London, England to recruit new staff and I am one of the people they interviewed to take up posistions as RNs at thier Medical Centre, and for some reason only known to themselves they took this crazy Brit on, but still despite my 18 years experience as an RN I had to do the Nursing exam to acquire my registration. In January '03 I came over to SF to take my exam and for 1 day we hired a car to go sightseeing. We are not townies, both my husband and myself have been brought up in the Countryside and that is where we want to be. We decided to head over the Golden Gate Bridge (A must for Grockles (Tourists) and ened up crossing the 37, where we saw signs for Lake Berryesa, we decided to go and have a look. This must have been one of the rare days in 2003, when there was rain and on the higher elevations fog. we were both scared of heights, especialy when you add winding roads and fog to the mix, so we turned around and followed the signs to Fairfield. Opposite the Rockville Inn is a cafe, though we didn't know either at the time, and being proper HOGsters, needed to get a T-shirt from the local dealer. The cafe sent us to the shopping mall, where we visited Torrid, to get my ballgown for our HOG Chapters Winter Ball which was in February, a rather lovely salesgirl; who is still there; phoned to find out the location of the new shop which had recently moved from Faifield to Vacaville. We fell in love with the Town and the Dealer, We determined this was where we were going to live when we relocated here. Just over two years later we got here, by June 2006, we had bought our brand new bikes, him indoors got a Road King and I got a Deluxe, you wouldn't believe how much we spent, and yet we were laughing cause despite my hubbys bike costing twice as much where he had accessorised, it still cost the same as a standard bike would in the UK, with no customisation. Now Vacaville HD has been taken over by Ed and Steve, two guys who understand bikers, being bikers themselves and are working hard with Napa/Solano HOG. I am a biker, and I need to point out to those of you who feel that means BAD, think again especially when associated with HOG. HOG, means working with the community to help improve quality of life for the less fortunate, HOG is about loving and caring for you fellow bikers, HOG means not being judgemental, but being forgiving, HOG is for real bikers who share the same dreams and aspirations working together to make it come true HOG members are those who can afford to spend money to go on Runs, getting on thier bikes, going hundreds of miles, so that they can be sponsored for deserving charities, Lord knows, staying at home and taking the money out of the bank that you spend on those runs, would generate the same amount of money, but whats fun about that. As a self confessed poser, what bike other than a Harley-Davidson, could you do that on. Greatest reaction of my nursing day, having looked after a patient in my "Winnie the Pooh" scrubs, going to say cherrio, in full, patched up leathers. What with the English accent and being a biker, I tell ya, they have to take pictures! Ed and Steve have given us a Chapter room and today with the help of Marshall, I got an awesome deal on my new Road King. Vacaville HD is a great place to chill and really understand how to help us bikers attain our goals. Love You all

Thanks, Working out of town like we do 300 days a year, Harley rentals keeps us from missing our Harleys back home so bad! Vacaville Harley rentals was the best yet! Renting many times before, you guys were great! Hassle free, good price, nice bikes and great service! Riding through Napa and down through San Fran along Cal 1, was awsome to say the least!I rented a street glide one time and a classic the next, my friend rental the street glide, and love it so much when he got back to Cincinnati he bought one! Sorry no sale for you guys, but a sale for HD. Renting is a great sales tool! Back 25 years ago when I bought my first Harley, You were lucky to have a friend who would let you ride one, much less a Harley dealer! Thanks

"Love the Guys At Vacaville HD
Following my accident in October, this is a big month for me. Gonna get my 2008 Road King Classic, to replace my very demised Deluxe, as soon as the Insurance company send me my cheque. I've already been in several times to look at the bike I am Goin ta buy, and with the help of Marshall, Bob (Parts) and Bob (Mechanic, have discussed, what I am initially going to put on it to start making it trully mine. Everyone at the dealership are great, Brittany (Clothes) always gives me a hug. On hearing about me they all sent a card the same day. My hubby and me spend hours and tons of dosh at the Dealership, cause its such a great place to chill, added to which, the new owners Ed and Steve show a genuine interest in hearing thier customer thoughts.

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Rocky Jr. and Marshall both of Vacaville Harley Davidson. I have owned many Harleys in the recent past and currently had two, one for my wife and one for me when we decided that we wanted to add a sporty bike to our growing collection, the V-Rod. Marshall and Rocky made me a deal that I just could not walk away from and in just a matter of minutes the deal was cemented. Marshall is a great guy who cares about his customers and is extremely professional as well as friendly. Dava Massa in finance is also an asset to the business. The financing was handled top notch and expeditiously. Dave took the time to explain everything thoroughly so there was no confusion at all. "2008 Road King Classic
I had been to four Harley dealers (Corte Madera,Novato,Cotati,Vallejo)shopping for a new bike before stopping by Vacaville H-D. As soon as I started talking with Marshall, I knew this was where I was going to buy my new bike. Marshall even let me test ride a new bike in the exact model I wanted(none of the other dealers even offered)
Dave helped me with the financing and it was a done deal.
Everyone at Vacaville H-D is friendly and seem to be very customer service oriented (no attitudes here)
I have had my bike about a month and have received 2 phone calls from Marshall just asking how I like my bike.
Most sales people forget about you as soon as you drive away, but not Marshall. A great guy.
I would definitely recommend Vacaville H-D to anyone looking for a new Harley.

Your shop foreman, Rocky, recognized the problem right away, and the repair was quickly made. We were back on the road within two hours. When you are on the road and have reservations for hotels, it is reassuring to know that someone cares about getting you on the road as quickly as possible.

I bought my bike from Vallejo Harley Davidson and here I am giving a testimonial for Vacaville Harley. When I go to Vallejo HD - even thought I bought a Brand New 2007 FLHTC from them - talking to my sales person after the sale is a major under taking. I'm made to feel like a "bother". When I go to Vacaville Harley - even though I didn't buy from Marshall, Marshall still makes me feel welcome and is always glad to see me. I can't believe how bad I'm treated where I bought my bike and how well I'm treated where I didn't. It just goes to show that Vacaville Harley ROCKS!!!.

Now that's customer service. I pulled up at 8:43 am and 3 employee's said good morning to me. I walked in and Dennis Elm shakes my hand and said good morning Don, how can I help you. Four and a half minutes with him and the loaner bike was ready to ride. Came back at 11:05 AM and my StreetGlide was parked outside looking Sooo Good! I thought to myself WOW! know that's nice to see. Another two and a half minutes with Dennis for the final paper work and a hand shake to 2-3 other as we said good morning. After the small talk with you outside. The Parts Manger even took the time to say a few words to me. With a hand shake to go.
Rocky, Its a Great Pleasure Doing Business with you. I would recommend Vacaville Harley-Davidson to anyone.

"Worth the drive!
I'm from the San Fernando Valley and wanted to buy my first HD (a 2007 XL883L). So, I called most of the HD dealers down in my area (southern Cal.) using HD's dealer locator list.
Some didn't have it while others were giving me the run around. Finally, Jay from Santa Barabara HD (who didn't have it either) referred me to Marshall at Vacaville HD. So, I called Marshall and told him what I wanted and he said "fine you got it". No hassle or run around here!
Next day, I packed up truck and drove all the way to Vacaville to get my bike.
Thanks to Marshall and Dave for giving me outstanding service. I was in and out of there in less than an hour.
I will definitely refer these guys to my friends who want a HD but can't get a break from dealers in down in their area just like what happend to me.
